興櫃新星／信實攻清潔物管營收增 | 店頭未上市 | 股市 | 聯合新聞網
掃廁所掃到興櫃！國內第一家集保全、物業折扣情報超值推薦管理及清潔為營業項目的信實保全（6721），營收占比高達八成以桃園機場、高鐵、中科等清潔服務項2018熱銷商品搶先看目，透過「高周轉率取代較低毛利率」的策略，3月27日登錄興櫃，每股參考價新台幣35元，上周五收在53.5元，上漲1.04元。經濟日報提供分享挖好康好康活動 facebook 信實保全目前實收資本額2億元，2018年合併營收為17.73億元，年增率約11%，毛利率6.17%，稅後淨利6,500萬元，每股盈餘3.6元。法人預估，在近期可望接獲3.9億餘元高鐵車廂維修保養四年合約挹注下，今年營收可望維持一成的成長幅度。. } }); } 信實保全董事長陸耀祖表示，公司整合物業管理，包含保全、清潔、機電及綜合服務，其中清潔占營收比重為82.3%，又以桃園機場、高鐵、中科等清潔服務為主，超實用非逛不可物業管理占比為7.4%，機電管理為4.1%；尤其西進中國市場後，物業管理比重可望增加，盼明年能提升挑戰20%的占比。以信實保全2018年各主要業務領域的毛利率來看，清潔約6.9%、綜合物業管理為7.3%、機電管理約4.2%、保全為2%。陸耀祖看好未來清潔及物業管理兩大領域成長空間，盼在西進發展策略下，明年物業管理營收占比可挑戰20%。信實保全於今年3月27日正式登錄興櫃，掛牌參考價35元，預計明年上半年由興櫃轉上櫃。信實保全創立於2007年，以物業管理、環保清潔、保全監控及水電空調維護的綜合服務為主，服務案場涵蓋機場、台鐵、高鐵、科學園區、醫院、學校、政府機構等，更是打理桃園機場門面、助桃園機場榮獲國際機場協會（ACI）評比冠軍的幕後推手；加上今年3月1日起承攬基隆港務分公司清潔勞務，信實在台灣海陸空服務已全面到位。

豪雨連炸2小時！台中騎士遭「高壓電擊」　水淹到臀部
全台豪大雨特報！鋒面來襲，台中地區出現多處災情，像是大甲區中山路段，疑似雨勢造成高壓電線掉落，造成2騎士受困並遭受電擊，警消、台電人員立即到場搶救，另西屯區都會公園、台中榮總附近的道路也都傳出路面積水的情形。

豪雨連續2小時炸台中，台中消防分隊指出，大甲區中山路二段幼獅工業區路段時，疑似雨勢造成高壓電線掉落，造成26歲周姓男騎士、58歲余姓女騎士遭受電擊，其中周男一度失去生命跡象，所幸送醫院搶救後已救回比價撿便宜網路熱銷一命，目前仍在加護病房觀察；另余女則手部灼傷，自行就醫。
