疑煞車失靈釀禍 水泥槽車交流道口翻覆波及3車
載運水泥的大型槽車今天由國道3號下香山交流道時，失控翻覆，波及3輛等紅綠燈的汽機車，1名機車騎士受傷送醫，45歲曾姓槽車駕駛表示，疑因煞車失靈釀禍。
苗栗縣消防局指出，暢銷排行上午8時許接獲通報，竹南鎮香山交流道口傳出車禍意外，隨即派遣竹南分隊人車前往查看，抵達現場發現1輛大型槽車翻覆在台13線上，車頭和車身脫離，衝上中央分隔道，有2部自小客車和1輛機車遭到波及。
消防局指出，事故現場有1名機車騎士遭受皮外傷，經送往為恭醫院救治已無大礙，槽車駕駛曾姓男子也有輕微擦傷，經簽名後確定不願意就醫，其他自小客車駕駛和乘客，無人受傷、僅受到驚嚇。
曾男心有餘悸指出，清晨從台中載運水泥要前往新竹，行經國道3號下香山交流道口，原本要左轉銜接台13線時，突然「沒有煞車」，為了閃避正在停等紅綠燈的車輛，才會右轉擦撞分隔島後停下來。
水泥槽車翻覆後，橫倒在台13線佔據2線車道，導致周邊交通大打結，警方找來大型吊車，花了3個多小時，才順利排除。（中央社）
